The Heat
Choose your own adventure. Whether a quick dip or a longer immersion, you get to choose a plunge at one of three temperatures. Or skip the plunge altogether - we have options.
The Cold
Pun intended. Rest and rehydrate between rounds. And the rest of the space is designed so you can linger in that post-sauna / post-plunge feeling.
