Our Philosophy
We set out to build a place we wanted to spend time in: welcoming, grounded, and unpretentious.
We use traditional sauna because we think the Finnish had it right all along. They taught us to trade the biohacker mindset for the full experience: hot, cold, rest, rehydrate, repeat.
We care deeply about honoring that tradition while finding our own interpretation of the practice - one that’s serious about the heat, but not so serious about ourselves.
Our North Stars
Vision: Bodies, minds, and friendships nourished at their weekly sauna hangout. (We say hangout because wellness shouldn’t feel like a special occasion.)
Mission: Build thermal spaces where technical excellence meets a playful spirit. (Because doing things right doesn’t have to mean boring.)
